tonight a girl from pepperdine university flew in to corvallis to see her boyfriend. they are on a rocky point in their relationship and a visit on an expensive airplane was the only way toward resolve. however, if their discussion didnt go well, she would be stranded in our city, alone, and without a place to sleep comfortably.

i got an urgent IM from shannon informing me of this potential travesty. i replied with an agreement that she could slumber at the castle if necessary.

its now 12:40 am. i dont think shes going to show. this can only mean failure on her part and just one more uneventful evening for me.

basically the greatest problem facing the world today is people who take left and right turns in their vehicles way too slow.
