currently i have five plus areas on my body tainted with poison oak. none of them are larger than a silver dollar, but all of them are in the most bizarre of places.

i have two areas on both sides of my belly button. one is just below my waistline. one is above the bend of my elbow on my bicept. and my favorite one is on the corner of my left eye.

when the itch first began, i was convinced they were mere flea bites from my flea infested dog. then i considered that they might be mosquito or gnat bites, as my door to the outside is open every night. but as the itch persisted, and the pleasure of scratching increased, it all became so hauntingly familiar....
