dear justin,
what on earth has happened to you? the last time we talked (sept 2nd) we agreed to meet on wed. sept. 7th to do our final walk through and check out per your request. that was 2 weeks ago and i left you a message on that wed. and then 2 days later and then sunday, the 11th. when we spoke on the 2nd of sept. you guys still hadnt gotten the water turned back on or done any of your cleaning. i have never heard another word from you - or anbody from the house for that matter. has something catastrophic happened to you? this is not like you as you were communicating regularly with me before that regarding your desire to finish removing your things and do your cleaning.
i see where you removed the items of yours from the front porch and took the blocks of wood out of the trees, but nothings been done beyond that. i havent received a single entry key back from anyone, jordan's mail is still being delivered to the house (and other tenants mail) and jordan's home sign and vacuum are still at the house.
you said you would lots of help getting the house clean as you would like to get your deposit back and get those extra free rent days for the extra time taken in august. as you know, our agreement was that i would give you the extra days of rent for free if the house was left absolutely spotless and you had a list (actually 2 of them) to work from. im hoping this letter will forward to you and you will call me. the house isnt rented so you still have some time to follow through but its time to get it done. bill and i are working there too, thanks terri.
