today, in fred meyer, as ashton sat in his little car shopping cart, i was made aware of some interesting behavior going on around his waist.
i thought he was just figiting with his belt buckle, trying to undo himself so we could leave. but this was not the case.

as we stood just a few feet from the doors, ashton was infact trying to undo his seatbelt, but more importantly, he was trying to do it without anyone seeing the large pack of bubble gum he had under his shirt. while in the checkout line, he must have grabbed it when i was paying.

today was ashtons first attempt at stealing. he failed.
