i am so happy ashton has such a badass dad. you could be a fucking loser...and you arent. and its awesome. i know all these girls with kids who have loser dads...and you arent and its awesome. we make a good single parent team i think.

exceptionally surprised by this text message i received today from sarah. pleased. flattered. i feel good about my parenting, and its nice when she acknowledges it.

i feel like she emphasized single parent team. i would prefer her to suggest we stop being single parents and instead work on becoming a family.

but there is plenty of time for that ridiculous day dream.
