look, i know i could be writing about lots of things ive been putting off discussing. i mean, my grandma for example, the arizona one, shes in need of an entry. what about julie? the pivotal moment in our relationship? what about ashton or money issues? friends? thoughts for the future?

today, i want to declare my appreciation for columbia sportswear. i had a $120 gift certificate from christmas i finally spent last night. i spent $118 of it.

a yellow jacket. a nice, horrendously soft yellow jacket. form fitting and holds heat remarkably well. in dire circumstances, if i need to put another coat over this...ill be unstoppable. completely impenetrable by cold weather. and its yellow.

some grey white ski pants. ive needed these for a while now. my own. these will be warm, breathable and yet stylish. allegedly they are water proof, i cant wait to not be disappointed.

some gloves. you know, just when it cold. not necessarily made for cold rainy weather so much as just cold weather. but nice to have on. to keep my hands out of my pockets. these were 50% off, and i took full advantage of this.

so yeah, thanks columbia sportswear. you make good stuff. i cant wait to be able to afford more.
