i love grocery shopping. i love coming home and putting it all away, savoring the colors and shapes of the boxes. tasting the flavors and seeing the possibilities of delicious meals as i find room in my freezer, cupboard and shelves. steaks, chicken breasts, pork chops. spinach pasta, egg shells and penne. milk, cereals and mostly green bananas. boxes and boxes of rice a roni, pasta roni and scalloped potatoes. a giant container of cavenders greek seasoning. and a relic from my past not seen in over a year: stouffers homestyle beef. a frozen medley in a bag that is incredible by itself or enhanced by a platter of pasta. such delights to look forward to.
