not guilty. dont let me forget that this is how i need to plea.

when they ask me how i plea in the case of city of corvallis vs. jordan noe, i will say: "not guilty" to both. if they drop them down to misdemeanor, plead not guilty and come back to hal. if they drop them down to violations, plead not guilty and come back to hal. if charge us fully with a felony, request a court appointed attorney.

and plead not guilty.

if they state that they will drop the manufacture of a destructive device charge in exchange for a guilty plea on disorderly conduct, seize it.

a one hundred dollar fine is a lot better than a felony charge permanently tattooed across my record and jail time and 4 digit fines. let me tell you.
