may 22nd, 2003 ill know for sure.

i cant tell yet if this is humorous or really really awful.

On the evening of April 22nd, 2003, Jordan Noe, Justin Davis and Bryan Alexanderson were cited with the following charges:

1) Manufacture of a destructive device.

2) Disorderly conduct

The events that lead up to these citations:

That evening, dry ice was purchased from Winco, and two empty coke bottles were utilized and mixed with water to create pressure. The pressure causes the bottles to rupture resulting in a loud noise. Two of these were made. The first one was used and placed outside apartment 1330, down the street, in the same apartment complex from the residents listed above. The bottle exploded, and water balloons were then thrown at the house. The residents of 1330 came out of the house and participated in the water balloon battle. After the water balloons had been exhausted, another bottle and dry ice mixture was created and placed at the apartment directly behind the defendants apartment.

By the time the second explosion occurred, police had already arrived and were asking residents information about possible gunshots and screaming. The second bottle exploded within 100 yards of officers.

Officers first came to apartment 827 approximately 20 minutes later and inquired about the blasts. Jordan denied any involvement or knowledge of the incidents. The officers left after recording his name and apartment number. The police returned approximately 30 minutes later. Justin answered the door, denied again any involvement and the officers asked to specifically speak with Jordan. Jordan acknowledged his participation in the events and allowed officers to enter the house. The officers were allowed to inspect the freezer for any more dry ice. The officers talked with all of the residents of apartment 827 and were told everything about the events of the evening. One officer left, and returned 20 minutes later with tickets and citations.

by the way...manufacture of a destructive device is a class c felony.
