ah, yes. this is the oregon state i remember. the one i recall from my youth. the mass of people. the swarms of bodies darting in and out of doorways. trailing each other in traffic lines. whizzing by on bicycles. cellphones. idle banter.

and hundreds apon thousands of the most beautiful women everywhere. all in their most attractive winter ensembles. im brought back to my short lived glory days when i was a scrawny white single male on a college campus. and yet, nearly three years later, i remain, a scrawny white single male on a college campus......with a five and a half month old son.
