day five of insomnia. not really enjoying this one bit. laying in bed for hours. on my side. on my back. curled up. stretched out. facing one way, then the other. i have to turn my pillow over repeatedly to keep it cool.

is it the itching? most likely. its very annoying. my skin burns just before i fall asleep due to me raking my fingernails so often and so hard across my skin.
sexual frustration? i tend to think about girls far too much while i lay there.
diet? maybe it was that tub of icecream in my freezer. im pretty sure this all started after i brought it home and began consuming it.

and now my empty cough came back. mold, i swear to god if youre doing this to me....
