i cant explain it. a sudden uncontrollable bout of attention deficit disorder. i cant stay focused. i cant find the motivation to complete assignments. ive wasted days worth of free time. i cant finish projects. i cant choose tasks to start.

i hate this. i need to focus and i cant. i need to finish assignments and i cant. hours pass so quickly. what the fuck is going on?
