You are only eligible for aid as needed to obtain one undergraduate degree.
You should have graduated with the fall courses as you noted. You indicate you only need ONE credit hour to obtain your degree and no reason why that course was not completed fall term.
You cannot delay your graduation to maintain aid eligibility.

You will need to pay for the one credit hour with your own resources.
