seriously, why do they talk to me with such an attitude? its not like i personally owe them money, i owe a facet of their corrupt business money.

and yet, they still talk to me with that less than subtle condescending tone, like theyre bitter and resentful for my inconveniencing of them. i made it harder for them to provide food for their families or pay their bills.

you know, the whole experience could have been improved with congratulatory phrases like,

"wow, well done on getting the money together jordan, this is really going to make things better for you."

or come encouraging, thoughtful closure statements,

"ok jordan, youre all set. as long as you dont run into similar problems in the future, youll be just fine. take care sir..."

good riddance. i cant wait to switch banks anyways.
