its such an incredible day out. the air is cool, a slight sting, but feels so fresh. my body and face are warm with clothing, but the air feels so nice on my skin. there is blue sky and clouds and sunshine. like a wonderful winters day in september. these are my favorite.

i took a typing test this morning. two parts: data entry and words per minute. data entry got me a 97%. however, the words per minute test did not go as well as i had hoped. i think i got barely 45 words per minute. on my keyboard, the delete key is large and easy for me to access. but on this goddamned pc keyboard, there are two keys in the same spot: a small forward slash key and a backspace key. so anytime there was a mistake, id hit the forward slash. sometimes more than once. then id have to go and fix those. it was terribly annoying and definitely slowed my progress and increased my errors. i was nervous too, unnecessarily.

so, hopefully ill hear back from the records specialist folks about the position, and i didnt damage my chances too badly. my next goal is applying for the corrections technician. sixteen dollars an hour. forty hours a week.

that should really help make a dent in my mounting debts.

fuck. so much debt. without some higher paying job finding me soon, i seriously will only have two options:
- file for bankruptcy
- join the navy

im desperate enough to do either and not care at this point.
