Unfortunately, there is very little play in my budget and I am not in a position to do a lot of negotiating about this position. It is a Lab Animal Technician I position, the only requirements for the job are a high school diploma and some experience taking care of fish. The wages I am offering are good for this type of position and this is what I budgeted for. I am sorry if this will not work for you, but I understand that everyone has to make decisions that are not always easy. The job will be advertised in the next week or so.
