ive been lying in bed trying to sleep for an hour. i wake up between 730 and 830 every day. no matter what time i fall alseep. i dont know why.

but i had some really bad sarah nightmares last night. lots of crying. lots of apathetic "im sleeping with him" and similar such phrases. i cried alot.
