that it even happened at all wasnt what shocked me. in the four years ive had a cell phone, it had never happened. never even come close to happening. while ive read the thousands of myspace bulletins begging for phone numbers after similar circumstances, i never believed it would happen to me. but thats not what surprised me.

what immediately shocked me was the lack of hesitation as i reached instantly into the poopwater and rescued my phone.

yes, i said poopwater. water with poop in it.
